RE: \nNew Company Name and Brand\nStructure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Dear Valued Ringmasters Business\nPartners,<\/p>\n\n\n\n This letter is to inform you that our\ncorporate name and identity will change<\/strong>\nfrom Ringmasters to Lifebeats<\/strong> Gifts<\/strong> effective 1-1-2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This change accommodates our ongoing\nexpansion into different markets and product lines. This change does NOT affect\nthe ownership of the company, but may affect the way you will do business with\nus going forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n There will be 4 separate company divisions<\/strong> operating under the Lifebeats Gifts<\/strong> corporate structure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1.\u00a0 Ringmasters<\/strong> will continue to operate as it has for the past 31 years.\u00a0 The only change is that it will transition to an LDS products only<\/strong> division.\u00a0 Consequently, some products you are currently purchasing through Ringmasters may now be distributed under a 2.\u00a0 While Lifebeats Gifts will be the new name of our company, Lifebeats <\/strong>is our general gift and custom products<\/strong> division.\u00a0 The general gift lines include Inspirational,\u00a0 Faith (non-LDS products only)<\/strong>, \u00a0Souvenir, \u00a0Holiday\/Seasonal, and a Sincere Thoughts line of greeting cards, specialty jewelry and specialty gift items.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n Our Custom program can tailor any of our wide array of products from any of our <\/strong> divisions<\/strong> to your special needs.\u00a0 The Lifebeats division will replace the Boulder Creek <\/strong> brand<\/strong> that has operated since 2004 and the Boulder Creek brand will be discontinued<\/strong>. The website is lovelifebeats.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.\u00a0 Fan Frenzy Gifts<\/strong> is our sports licensing products<\/strong> division.\u00a0 These lines include Professional, \u00a0Collegiate, \u00a0Public Schools, \u00a0and General licensed sports products.\u00a0 This division has been in operation since 2016. The website is fanfrenzygifts.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4.\u00a0 Snowy Peaks Media<\/strong> is our publishing and media<\/strong> products and services division.\u00a0 This division has been in operation since 2012.\u00a0 The website is snowypeaksmedia.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Lifebeats Gifts and it\u2019s 4 divisions\nwill all be located at the same previous address: <\/p>\n\n\n\n 2437 N. Rulon White Blvd.\nOgden, UT 84404.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What does this all mean for you?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n As a customer<\/strong>, you will be provided with updated catalogs for each division.\u00a0 Products will be packaged and branded under each company division.\u00a0However, you will only be doing business with one company \u2013 Lifebeats Gifts.<\/strong>\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n You can place orders for all divisions at the same time.\u00a0 The biggest change will be that you will receive separate invoices<\/strong> for products you order from each division.\u00a0 For example, if you order products from the Fan Frenzy, Snowy Peaks Media and Ringmasters divisions at the same time, you will receive 3 invoices, one from each division.\u00a0 One invoice will be labeled \u201cFan Frenzy, a Lifebeats Gifts company\u201d.\u00a0 Another will be labeled \u201cSnowy Peaks Media, a Lifebeats Gifts company\u201d.\u00a0 The other will be labeled \u201cRingmasters, a Lifebeats Gifts company\u201d, and so on.\u00a0 However, you will issue payment to only one company-Lifebeats Gifts<\/strong>.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n As a vendor\/supplier<\/strong>, you, too, will only be doing business with one company<\/strong> \u2013 Lifebeats Gifts<\/strong>.\u00a0 However, p.o.\u2019s \u00a0will be issued to you from each individual division<\/strong>, but still under the parent company of Lifebeats Gifts.\u00a0 For example, if we order products or services from you under the Fan Frenzy brand, our P.O. will be labeled \u201cFan Frenzy, A Lifebeats Gifts company\u201d.\u00a0 You will only ship to and invoice one company \u2013 Lifebeats Gifts<\/strong>.\u00a0 Payment will be issued to you from only one company \u2013 Lifebeats Gifts.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n We value our business relationship\nwith you and appreciate your patience and understanding as we undergo these\nchanges together.
